AI & Automation
We automate the workflow, not the task.
Agents, flows, and document automation built on your own systems and data by an engineer who sat with the person doing the work first. Rapid iteration, from discovery to delivery.
What “AI” Means Here
Four things we actually build.
Document automation
Invoices, POs, and forms read, coded, and entered into your ERP; the highest-ROI first agent for most SMBs.
Agents on your data
“Which customers are past due?” answered from Business Central with the numbers, not a guess. Internal or customer-facing.
Process automation
Approvals, handoffs, exceptions. Flows that connect the systems you already own and kill the swivel-chair work.
Making systems talk
The integration layer: when “automation” really means two systems finally exchanging data correctly, we build that too.
Boundary: Apps your people use live on Business Apps; this page is work that runs itself. Both start with the same assessment.
Rapid Iterations From Discovery to Delivery
Two weeks, one workflow, a working agent.
The best opportunities are never visible from a process diagram. We find them by sitting next to the person doing the work. We build with them, not for them.
1. Pair
Our engineer sits with the person who owns the work
2. Shadow
Two days watching how the work really gets done
3. Rank
Ordered by repetition, impact, and the data we can reach
4. Build
A working agent, built against your live systems
5. Validate
Tested with the others who do the same job
6. Ship
Live, documented, and handed to your team
Then we start the next workflow. Built on Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Anthropic models — whichever fits the job, in your tenant, on your data. We train your team on it too →
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
AI questions, answered plainly.
Size matters less than the type of work. Good candidates are tasks that are repetitive, follow a recognizable pattern, and rely on information you already have. Examples include pulling data from documents, answering questions from your financial or operational systems, drafting routine replies for a person to review, and preparing a first pass at a forecast or variance explanation. We start by looking at where your team’s time goes, then decide whether AI, automation, or a process change fits best.
Mostly time from the people who own the process. Early on, we watch how the work is done today and ask questions. As we build, we need those same people to test what we produce and tell us where it falls short. We also need access to the relevant systems, scoped to what the work requires. How much time this takes depends on the process and how many people are involved, and we agree on it with you before we start.
We work in your environment, or in one you approve. Before connecting any AI service, we review its data-use and retention terms with you so you know how your information is handled. Access is limited to what the solution needs. We document the permissions and controls we set up and hand that documentation to you.
It depends on the problem. Options include Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Anthropic’s Claude models, and some solutions combine more than one. Some problems don’t need AI at all and are better handled with workflow automation or a system integration. We recommend tools after reviewing the process, your existing systems, your security requirements, and cost.
