Paid Hourly Position

Hybrid (Remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed)

About the Role

• This position will work alongside and support consultants and project managers on SaaS implementation and improvement projects.
• This position provides hands-on exposure to system configuration, data management, and higher education business processes.
• It is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the intersection of education, technology, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Assist consulting teams with system documentation, data validation, and configuration tracking.
• Support system testing activities, including preparing test cases, reviewing results, and documenting outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of training materials, process maps, and user guides.
• Participate in client and internal project meetings, prepare summaries, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Research higher education best practices related to continuing education, admissions, financial aid, and academic management.
• Help maintain internal tools, templates, and knowledge-libraries related to projects.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a Master’s or Doctorate’s in education, business, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with project management or data tools is a plus.
• Interest in student information systems, higher education administration, or enterprise software implementation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
